Kathleen Bader is a results-driven executive and consultant with over 25 years of experience leading complex transformation initiatives for large, international organizations. Kathleen has led strategic transformations driven by shifts in corporate strategy, rapid growth, digitization, new product launches, and the pursuit of greater efficiency, quality, and customer excellence focus. She has held senior leadership roles at Intel Corporation, USAA, Wells Fargo, and Laureate Education. Her industry experience includes financial services, insurance, healthcare, high tech, aerospace manufacturing, education, credit rating and data intelligence, government, and the nonprofit sector. She is the creator of the TEAMS Assessment® for high performance teams.
Outside of her consulting work, Kathleen is deeply committed to helping veterans successfully transition from military service to corporate careers. She lives in Southwest Florida with her husband where they enjoy boating and the outdoors year-round.

Karen Arnold is a seasoned executive coach and strategic business consultant who specializes in driving transformational results for complex organizations. As a former US Army Officer with multiple peacekeeping deployments, she brings proven experience leading high-performance cross functional teams under pressure while maintaining operational excellence. Karen's pharmaceutical career includes managing global supply chains for two internationally approved drug launches, navigating complex regulatory environments and coordinating multi-million-dollar operations across continents. Most recently, she led strategic planning and implementation initiatives for two military medical centers, developing leadership capabilities and optimizing operations for enhanced patient care delivery. Her organizational design expertise has consistently delivered measurable improvements, including restructuring cross-functional operations at a women's health research nonprofit to dramatically improve grant outcome delivery.
As a certified executive coach and team coach, Karen brings assessment capabilities through her partnerships with leading platforms including Hogan Assessments, Everything DiSC®, and The Predictive Index as well as the TEAMS® Assessment. Her approach combines strategic visioning with tactical execution, ensuring sustainable change that drives both immediate results and long-term organizational capability.
Karen earned a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical (Aerospace) Engineering, United States Military Academy at West Point.

As Founder and CEO of Corporate Research Systems for 17 years, she delivered mission-critical strategic insights and solutions to Fortune 500 energy companies and major public works organizations nationwide, building the firm into a recognized industry leader before its successful acquisition. Brenda specializes in guiding privately held companies through complex regulatory landscapes while architecting scalable systems and processes for exponential growth. Her expertise spans regulatory compliance strategy, organizational modernization, and system optimization for companies navigating the intersection of rapid expansion and stringent regulatory requirements.
A distinguished educator and thought leader, Brenda has received multiple awards for excellence in instruction and advisory services at both secondary and collegiate levels. Her academic credentials were further enhanced through selective advanced studies at UC Berkeley, Yale University, and Columbia University, where she was personally invited to participate in specialized executive programs.
Currently serving as Associate Professor of Business Administration, Business Law, and Ethics at Yavapai College, Brenda actively shapes the next generation of business leaders while maintaining her consulting practice.
Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Management from Phoenix University.
